SKILLED NURSING
In-Home Skilled Medical Care: In most cases, in-home skilled medical care services have been specifically prescribed by your physician.
Skilled medical care is virtually an extension of the medical treatment and care received in a hospital or other medical facility but is provided in the comfort of the home environment.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Physical Therapy is a rehabilitative service for the preservation, enhancement, or restoration of movement and physical function that has been threatened or impaired by disease, injury or disability. Physical therapy utilizes physical activity, exercise, physical modalities (massage, electrotherapy) assistive devices, and patient education and training to enable optimal performance and enhance health, well-being and quality of life.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Occupational Therapy is a rehabilitative service for people of all ages and diagnoses that helps them promote health and prevent injury, illness or disability with a focus on the tasks of daily living. Occupational therapy targets these daily skills with modification or adaptation of the activity, sensory processing and integration, strength, balance, coordination and visual perceptual enhancements.
SPEECH THERAPY
Speech-Language Therapy is a rehabilitative service that involves the treatment of physical and/or cognitive disorders that cause difficulty with communication and/or swallowing. Speech-language pathologists help patients across the lifespan to develop their language and speech skills and increase their ability to communicate.
SOCIAL WORKER
